Submitting a Deal in the Wholesale Marketplace

Showcase your opportunity to thousands of active investors! Just follow the steps below to post your deal and get it in front of the right audience.

To Submit a Deal:

From the Left Navigation tool bar, Click on LEADPIPES > LIST MY WHOLESALE DEAL

1. Please read through and Accept the 'Terms and Conditions'. 

- Please Note: You will need to scroll to the Bottom of the 'Terms and Conditions' to allow the 'NEXT' button to be activated.

Complete the Contact Details fields, then click on NEXT.

A couple of things to Note with the Contact Details

• These are the details we will use to contact you about the Submission.
• PLEASE NOTE: Editing the Contact Email here will update the Contact Email on your Account. You'll be notified of potential buyers at this email address.

If this is your 1st post, you will need to 'verify' your Contact Phone #.  To do this, you will enter the 'Contact Phone' field, then click on 'SEND VERIFICATION CODE'

This will send a TEXT message to the Contact Phone # with a 6 digit Verification Code. Enter that code in the Modal Window & Click 'Submit'

- If you do not receive the test within a couple of minutes, you can click on the 'RESEND' button in the modal window to send another code.

Once verified, you will receive a 'verification successful' message in the upper right hand Corner of the screen.

You can then Click 'NEXT' 

Enter the Property Address 

• Note: When you begin to enter the property address, you should see it appear just below where you are typing. 

Click on the address you are posting, then Click 'NEXT'

Enter the Posting Details:

Here you can enter:

Sellpoint Price - this is the price listed when the property is posted. You can either enter the Price or use the Slider below.  The Slider will display the 'Leadflow Value' of the property.

Property Description - This is a description of the property potential buyers will be able to see.

Photos/Videos - Add Photos to your post. 

- Please Note: Currently One Photo will be displayed. Soon you will be able to display more than one.

Click 'NEXT'

This will bring you to a 'Review' screen that will show you the details of the Post. You may need to scroll down the page to view all of the details.

If any changes need to be made, click the 'BACK' Button on the bottom of the screen. 

If everything looks good, click on the 'Submit' button.

This will Open the Payment Window allowing you to either Select a CC or Enter one. Once selected or Entered, click 'Pay $100 and post my Deal'

Then what happens?

The Property will be Posted within a few minutes.

Once the property is Live on the Wholesale Marketplace, it will display at the top of the LeadPipes list when others are searching for leads in the State the property is located in.  

When someone is interested in your deal, they can click on ‘CONTACT SELLER’, which will send you an Internal Message.  

The Internal Message will be found in the ‘BELL’ icon in the top right hand portion of your screen. 

Please Note: When you receive an Internal Message, an Email Notification will automatically be sent to the Email address on File
